Meet Lisa + Lance…
“Say Cheese…”
A week ago today, my super-duper-talented stylist (LRT) and I headed for the mountains. Two glorious days with three amazing clients and six deliciously fun looks. Lance has a true passion for photography. Lisa is as sweet and sugary in person as she captures on camera. During pre-production, Lance asked if I had access to vintage cameras. Thanks to my friends (Richard Israel and Liz Connolly), I replied, “Why yes I do. Why do you ask?” He wanted to play photographer! BAM…fell in love with it! I LOVED how ‘into it’ he was (Lisa – you gotta good guy!!). For look two, I envisioned a more simple, just-them approach. Fall-inspired, rich neutral tones – a little Ralph Lauren. Lisa gave the thumbs up!! Lindsey Regan Thorne went to work!
I love it. Look one for him. Look two for her. Compromise. A key ingredient to a successful marriage.
On a side note, Lisa and Lance took time prior to their session to photograph themselves. From there we took the prints and strung them on twine and tied to several trees. Viola…Pictures amongst pictures!!
