Bloggers welcome to my home during the holidays!
Oh how I love the holidays. I always have. And I love them even more now that I am a mommy! Over the weekend we celebrated in true spirit. We kicked it off by hosting an intimate dinner for our neighbors (THANK YOU Classic Party Rentals!), followed by lots of playing and a trip to The Ballantyne Resort to visit Santa! A special thank you to Kelly over at The Resort for the passes, and a fantastic congratulations to her on running the 1/2 Marathon here in Charlotte. She posted a great time – very inspiring!
A little taste of our humble foyer. Yep, my husband has his very own corner – a Clemson Christmas!
We have started a tradition of purchasing Hallmark Keepsake Ornaments for the twinks based on what their interests are at the time. Last year they loved Little Einstein. This year it is all about Thomas the Train and Tinkerbell.
Ballantyne Resort sure knows how to decorate in style. Guess it helps when you have the wonderful, Crawford and Co. setting up shop!
I love this series – Addyson (with arms wide open) waiting for Bray to give her a little love.
Each year Ballantyne hosts a Gingerbread House contest. WOW! This first one was designed and put together by their pastry team.
Cake Lady Jill took 1st Place in the professional division.
And Cake Expressions designed this gorgeous chalet coming in 2nd place. Congrats ladies!!
And here we go…not too certain about this gray-bearded man they call, Santa.
The infamous ‘Crying on Santa’s lap’ picture. Don’t we all have one?!?! Merry Christmas from our family to yours! xoxo
