Happy soon-to-be Valentine’s Day!

The scavenger hunt is back!!  Are y’all ready to play?  We have switched up a few things from last years 31 Days of December Contest, but all-in-all it’s pretty much the same.  So…let’s dive back into 2011 and have some f.u.n!

Tomorrow at 9am we will release the first question.  Stay tuned!!

What do I win?

A portrait session of your choice!  Be it an engagement session, an anniversary session, a prenatal, a family, a boudoir or just-because.  It’s all up to YOU!  Included with the session are all high resolution images on disk AND styling, hair and makeup by our exclusive gal, Lindsey Regan Thorne b e  p r e t t y!

How do I play?

1. Let us know that you want to play by commenting on this post, (i.e.,”Team Kristin and Ken are in!” OR if you are entering solo then just, “Team Kristin is in!”) so that we can form and track your team.

2.  Immediately start spreading the word to friends and family to support you in the Hugs and Kisses 2012 contest by visiting the blog daily and correctly answering the Question of the Day!

3.  Post the correct answer in the LEAVE A LITTLE BLOG LOVE section of that day’s post.  Make sure that your team name is mentioned proceeding the answer so that we can track it.  See screenshot…

4.  VERY IMPORTANT!  We are tracking IP Addresses.  So please play fair.  We are allowing two correct answers per IP Address daily.  We thank you so much for your honesty!!

For every correct answer your team posts, one point will be awarded.  Whoever has the most points at the end wins!

Contest rules

1. Session must take place in Charlotte (or surrounding area if deemed necessary by KVP and agreed upon by client) before November 16, 2012.
2. Certain dates subject to blackout (i.e. previous bookings, weekends, certain holidays, etc.).
3. Winner will be announced on Tuesday, February 14, 2012. Be sure to stay tuned in to both the blog and Facebook page.
4. Winner has the option of choosing one of the following: bridal, engagement, just-because, boudoir, family, senior or prenatal session.
5. Winner will receive (1) two-hour session, online proofing and all high resolution digital files taken during the session as part of contest winnings.  In addition, styling, hair and makeup will be provided by Lindsey Regan Thorne “b e  p r e t t y”.
6. Prize values have an estimated value of $1500. Additional items (i.e. proof books, storybooks, fine art prints, etc), will be available at current studio rates.
7. Contest is open to former, current and new KVP Clients.
8. There is no purchase necessary to win. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
9. Prizes have no cash value and substitute prizes are not available.
10. All Federal, State and local laws apply. Winners are liable for any federal, state and local taxes. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash. Winners will need to provide identification to claim any prize.
11. By entering a contest, it is agreed that your name and/or photograph may be used for promotional purposes.  The winner waives claim of royalty and right of enumeration for such use.
12. The management reserves the right to discontinue, change or add to a contest without a period of notice.
13. The management reserves the right to clarify or interpret these rules at any time during a contest period without notice. All disputes concerning these rules will be decided by the management and that decision shall be final.
14. In an effort to remain fair, we wil only be allowing two comments per ip address, per day.
