How to enter…
1. Email us and let us know that you are participating. We need to know what session you are desiring and the location in which it will be photographed. This information is REQUIRED in order to be eligible and cannot be changed once entered under any circumstance.
2. Start referring your friends!
3. We’ll track every single new friend (who adds the referral in the Personal Message Box). The more you refer, the better your chances. (*note – see number ten below)
4. That’s it! SO SIMPLE! Why? Because we LOVE Facebook AND we LOVE to shoot – especially if we get to travel. And if we don’t get to travel – well, we live in Charlotte because we LOVE Charlotte!
Contest Rules…
1. Certain dates subject to blackout (i.e. previous bookings, sessions-other than weddings-taking place on a Saturday, certain holidays, etc.)
2. If selected winner has chosen wedding day as their giveaway and that date conflicts with an already exisiting Kristin Vining Photography contract, winner will be allowed to choose an alternate photo session.
3. Deadline to enter is Friday, January 30th – 11:59pm!
4. Winner will be announced on Sunday, February 1, 2009 during the Superbowl Half-time Show. Be sure to stay tuned in to both the blog and Facebook page.
5. Winner has the option of choosing one of the following; engagement session, bridal portrait session, family/just-because session, shh…session OR wedding day!!!
6. Shoot must take place in the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska, the Carribean, Canada or Mexico before December 30, 2009.
7. Kristin Vining Photography will absorb all studio incurred expenses (i.e. travel, accommodations, etc). WOW!
8. If the selected winner chooses to travel (i.e. Charleston bridal portrait, Vegas engagement session, Carribean wedding), winner will be responsible for their own travel expenses.
9. Winner will receive full coverage of shoot, online proofing and all high resolution digital files taken during the shoot as part of contest winnings. Prize values have an estimated value (inclusive of travel costs) of $2000-$8500. Additional items (i.e. proof books, storybooks, fine art prints, etc), will be available at current studio rates.
10. If referring name is not filled in the Personal Message Box, the friend request will be accepted however will not count towards the contest. This is a REQUIREMENT.
11. Contest is open to existing and new Facebook Friends.
12. There is no purchase necessary to win. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning are based on the number of eligible entries received. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to participate.
13. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and substitute prizes are not available.
14. All Federal, State and local laws apply. Winners are liable for any federal, state and local taxes. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. Winners will need to provide identification to claim any prize.
15. By entering a contest, it is agreed that your name and/or photograph may be used for promotional purposes for a period not to exceed one year. The winner waives claim of royalty and right of enumeration for such use.
16. Winners must sign an affidavit of eligibility, and agree to its terms without additional compensation, in order to claim prize.
17. The management reserves the right to discontinue, change or add to a contest without a period of notice.
