“The Nursery…”
Like most nesting, new mommies…when I found out I was pregnant I immediately started buying all of the pregnancy books AND thinking about THE NURSERY!! Because Bray and Addy were conceived via fertility treatments, I only had a 24 hour window in which to think pink or blue (even though I had a strong feeling that I was carrying multiples). We went from Day One…’You’re pregnant” to Day Two ultrasound, “It’s Twins!”.
And so the planning began. The walls had already been painted gray…a color that I loved. And because I could not WAIT until week 18 to find out their sexes, my husband and I decided to stick with the contemporary feel that we had already started. It turned out perfect for us. My-oh-my the memories…
I will forever treasure and remember their nursery…
