Most of my clients know my position regarding The First Look. While I realize that it isn’t for everyone, I do believe that if it is done correctly – with the utmost respect and care – it does become the single most important moment of the day. It is epic. Breath-taking. It is controlled. It is silent. It is the release point…to let it all go. And the most beautiful thing…it is captured. Documented in the rawest of forms. The moment is forever yours.
A very special thanks to my friend, Alan, over at Crown Alley Films. He is a brilliant cinematographer. I received this snippet of Kate and Daniel’s day early this morning. I couldn’t resist sharing it with the world!! Tiffany at Weddings and the City simply nailed it. Oh – and here is the still version from their big day last year.
