Happy New Year!!

I hope that each and everyone of you had a blessed holiday season.  We are elated to jump-start our new year in conjunction with Carolina Bride.  Many of you know The Thorne’s by now, but we are excited to end 2009 and open 2010 with a BANG!  My sugary-sweet, Lindsey is well deserving of this incredible feature and I could not be happier for both she and John.  Through the planning process, Lindsey and I have become the dearest of friends (my twinkies even ended up in the wedding and made the magazine!!!), and I’m – well – just a lucky, lucky girl to have her in my life.

Many, many thanks to all of the vendors involved.  A special thank you to both Steve and Garrett Michael for photographing with me on wedding day – I love you both oodles!  To Tiffany with Weddings and The City – thank you.  Your vision, your attention to detail, your tenderness in handling situations, your ability to command attention in a calm and charismatic manner is untouchable.  To Eishia and Melissa with Weddings and the City – I am so proud to have you as part of our team.  Truly, you are both asset’s to the company.  To Richard Israel – The Israel – you are an amazing friend and remarkable artist.  Truly, truly I thank the Lord for you.  You are no frills, no drama and a wonderful sounding board.  To my studio manager and book designer, Liz Shea – thank you!  You have become my ‘go-to-girl’ and I am so appreciative of all that you have done and do – more than you probably know.  And to all of the other incredibly talented vendors – my heart is with you and I welcome the next opportunity to work together.
